Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, you own all outputs (Images and Videos) generated by the Service. JewelGen retains ownership of the underlying AI models and platform infrastructure.
You agree not to use the service to generate deepfakes of public figures, non-consensual sexual content, or any material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
JewelGen operates on a credit-based system. Credits represent a license to use our GPU compute clusters. Credits are non-transferable and expire based on the specific plan purchased.
By using JewelGen, you agree to these legal obligations.
